Dream

Hush child, close your eyes.
Ride the winds to the Fae.
Become an eagle, or a butterfly.
Spread your wings — fly away.

Dream of your angel
In a flowing white gown with
Golden hair and crystal wings.
She carries you in her arms
As you look down.
Fairy-tale castles and gingerbread houses
And other dreams locked in golden wings.

Hush child, close your eyes.
Ride the winds to the Fae.
Become a petal from a rose.
Let the breeze carry you away.

Dream of a garden
Filled with flowers.
Roses and tulips
With mystical powers.
Look far off, beyond the gates,
See the wizards tower?

Hush child, close your eyes.
Ride the winds to the Fae.
Spread your wings against the Heavens
Spread your wings and fly away.
